We are proud to introduce you to our tasty and nutritious range of Gluten and Wheat free products, which includes several different breads, cakes, pies and biscuits.

We have undertaken extensive research and development to produce these items for those following strict exclusion diets.

Gluten-Nil™ products are:

  • Made with great care to ensure no wheat or other gluten-containing contamination
  • Made from a mix of several alternative flours from dedicated mills
  • Free from artificial addictives
  • Suitable for vegetarians
  • Available in most instances with a Cows-milk free option
  • Freezable without loss of quality

Gluten-Nil™ products will initially be made on specific days - they are sold fresh on the day after production or are frozen by us for you to purchase when convenient.

Our bread range includes:

  • Plain
  • Sunflower
  • Millet
  • Cheese
  • Raisin & Malt (wheat free diet only)

There are also gluten free victoria sandwich cakes to which you can add your favourite filling and a rich fruit cake. Celebration cakes are available to order.

A range of Gluten-Nil™ pies are made on the premises, both savoury and sweet, using gluten free pastry and contents. Please order your choice for us to make on our next Gluten-Nil™ baking day.

All Food For though Baker casseroles and soups are suitable for both gluten and wheat free diets, as are a wide variety of our hot and cold desserts.
