Our aim is to produce and supply high quality food with no artificial additives, from top class ingredients. To this end, our bread is made by the time-dough method (the old-fashioned 2 proving way) from high quality flours, this means that the process takes longer, allowing the flavours of the flours to develop, and requires no additives of any kind. All our meats are roasted on the premises, and the eggs we use are free-range, Freedom Foods certified. We also make desserts and salads from high quality natural ingredients with no added chemicals. Cakes and pastries are made to the same standard and all our products whether made by us or from one of our suppliers, are certified GM free. Wherever possible we are supplied by local producers, such as Joseph Heler, Ravens Oak and Snugburys, and we try to source ingredients which are Freedom Foods.
